Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Beyond this window, orders may be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

• Incorrect item delivered
• Item damaged during delivery
• Order cancelled within the permitted window

Non-Refundable Items

Items that are perishable, custom-made, or consumed cannot be refunded.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
